Middle Grade Writer, Editor, and Ghostwriter

I am an author, ghostwriter, freelancer, and mom to four kids. I have a Middle Grade novel that I am currently revising (and hope to begin querying soon).

I hold a B.A. in English language and literature from Pepperdine University, and I’m a member of Sigma Tau Delta, the national English honor society.

As a 8+ year member of SCBWI (the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators), I’ve participated in SCBWI conferences, as well as critique groups and partnerships with other writers.

I’ve taught creative writing to high school students at a local tutorial, and I love working with people to develop their stories into something that shines.

As a Christian, I relish in the beauty found in all things. I live on a hobby farm in Tennessee with my family and one good dog, one ornery beagle, two cats, and various chickens.
